The man brought Nevi home, fed her delicious hot food, washed her thoroughly and made her a comfortable, warm place to sleep. The next day, Tom took Nevi to the veterinary clinic for a check-up. The veterinarian discovered the dog had skin problems and an intestinal infection. It also turned out that Nevi suffered from anemia. The treatment was quite long and difficult. The dog needed to take many different medications and vitamins, as well as undergo a course of infusion therapy.
The dog’s condition began to improve. She began to eat better and gain weight, the symptoms of anemia stopped bothering her, and she had much more energy. Her timidity and mistrust began to be replaced by confidence and good nature, and a month later the dog looked completely different than before.
Her shining gaze was filled with love and gratitude for her salvation. Moreover, despite the fact that people treated her very cruelly, she still managed to trust them again and give them her devotion and love. Now Nevi has started her life from scratch and her dreams of a warm home and a loving family have become a reality.
