Mate story isn’t like other stories. It doesn’t have the happy ending everybody wish..
He was pushed in a sewer by a mad man, and stayed there for days in front of passers-by. He was severely emaciated and barely breathing. We rescue him but it wasn’t enough to save his life…
It’s a sad choice, we carry the blame of others on our backs, but what softens all this, is that in his last days he had love, a warm place, he didn’t suffer, and finally he rested with dignity.
